Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 days, then the delivery takes from 3 to 5 days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via email.

To return an item, please:
1. Contact us at contact@hlcg.co.uk within 30 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We'll provide return instructions and confirmation
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, contact us immediately at contact@hlcg.co.uk, and we will do our best to update or cancel it. If the order has already shipped, you can request a return once it is delivered.
